With more than 12 years of experience, Austin is a seasoned trainer who specializes in functional training and practical fitness solutions. With his straightforward, no-nonsense approach, he focuses on cutting through the noise and helping clients focus on what truly works to deliver lasting results.

Austin has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, guiding them toward goals such as weight loss, improved mobility, increased energy, and overall better performance in everyday life. His motivation to help others comes from personal experience—having seen the effects of an unhealthy lifestyle within his own family, he is deeply committed to helping people take control of their health before it’s too late.

Rachael – Personal Trainer & Online Fitness Coach

With a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and over 6 years of training experience, Rachael provides both in-person and online coaching to help busy professionals, gym beginners, and fitness enthusiasts build strength, improve body composition, and regain confidence through hybrid fitness, balanced nutrition, and a sustainable lifestyle. With expertise across weightlifting, mobility, running, hybrid athletics, and gymnastics, she delivers well-rounded training that meets each client where they are.

High-energy and adaptable, Rachael works with clients of all fitness levels and is flexible in accommodating existing limitations or struggles. Her approach ensures that every client feels supported, challenged, and capable of achieving their goals—whether it’s improving mobility, increasing strength, or transforming body composition.

Her motivation comes from a genuine love of fitness and the belief that feeling physically capable in any situation is empowering. Rachael is passionate about sharing that confidence with others and helping them build it within themselves.
